జూలై, ఆగస్టు, సెప్టెంబర్ నెలలకు సంబంధించిన స్లాట్ బుకింగ్ ప్రక్రియ ఈ నెల 8న ప్రారంభం కానుంది. స్లాట్ బుక్ చేసుకున్న వారికి 13 నుంచి ఆస్పత్రుల్లో స్క్రీనింగ్ నిర్వహించనున్నారు. స్లాట్ బుకింగ్ సమయంలో సెల్ఫ్ డిక్లరేషన్ విధానాన్ని ప్రవేశపెడుతున్నారు. ఈ మేరకు సదరం పోర్టల్లో మార్పులు కూడా చేశామని సెకండరీ హెల్త్ డైరెక్టర్ చక్రధర్బాబు తెలిపారు.

New Aarogya Sri Card Ekyc Process in GSWS Volunteers App

👉First Volunteers open the GSWS Volunteers App & then You can Loin Using CFMS ID and Biometric/iris/Facial.

👉In Home page click on Aarogya Sri Option

Then Select Type of Search as Aarogya Sri Card No/ Aadhaar Number.

👉By Entering Aarogya Sri Card/Aadhaar No then Display Family Details then shows you "Handed over the New Aarogya Sri Card to the Family?"

👉If Yes then Select Yes option after that Select at present available person of the Family member then take Biometric/IRIS/Facial.

👉Like above you have to Complete Aarogya Sri Card distribution.

JAS 2.0 User Manuals

👉All citizens who are attending the camp shall be given token without fail at the registration counter. ( Any 2 secretariat staff except DA/WEDS may be attached for this task)

👉Case sheet need to be provided for all citizens ( Provision given to DA/WEDS in APseva login)

How to Download Arogya Sree Card PDF &Status:

Despite having an Arogyasree card, the application is being rejected in hospitals due to wrong details like those in the Arogyasree card.

So anyone can check their Arogyasree card details online before they go to the hospital and also have the option to download the Arogyasree card as a digital card.

How to know the Aarogysree Card Status:

Enter Captcha after that Click on Login

We can Get the Options on left side.

Check Aarogyasri Status:

Enter Ration Card Number/ Reference Number

UHID Number

Aadhar Card Number

Click On Check Status then it shows the Health Card Details.

If the Status is Eligible then only it is in active

Generate Aarogyasri Card Download option to Download

Enter UHID Number

Reference Number

Registrated Aadhar Number

Click On

Generate Digital Card

And then click on Download option not on the OK button.

Reprint Of Certificates

Dear Friends & Colleagues

Services-->GSWS Services-->Reprint of Certificates.

Fill the Basic Details & Click on Continue

Then Enter Recevied OTP

Select Required service from Revenue &Health and Family Welfare Department

Those who are updated the Family Photo then they can apply for Reprint of Aarogya Sri PVC Card.

Reprint of arogya Sri PVC card service is available under the Reprint of certificates service.

Please inform the all the secretaries to apply for the service if the request are raised by the citizen.

Sadarem Slots booking for month of July, August & September 2023

Starting from 06-07-2023 10:00 am onwards.

Slots can be booked at Grama Sachivalayam offices.

-->Under Family Welfare:

3.Request for Sadarem Certificate Slot Booking Appeal2

4.Slot booking for Sadarem Certificate

The above options enabled.

--> To Take Printout of Sadarem Certificate

-->For the First Time percentage is low, those who have been rejected and granted temporary certificate can get a new slot with the same ID again through appeal 1.

--> Even if rejected in appeal 1, you can apply through appeal 2. Certificate received in Appeal 2 will be final. Rejected in Appeal 2, they will not have a chance to book any slot again.

-->Appeals 1,2 will be allocated hospitals at random

-->There is no need to go to the Collector's office for deletion anymore. For the convenience of the disabled, the government has made this policy available through the Secretariat.
