How to Download Arogya Sree Card PDF &Status:

 

Despite having an Arogyasree card, the application is being rejected in hospitals due to wrong details like those in the Arogyasree card.

So anyone can check their Arogyasree card details online before they go to the hospital and also have the option to download the Arogyasree card as a digital card.

How to know the Aarogysree Card Status:

Click On Login

User Name:aarogya_mitra

Password:guest

Enter Captcha after that Click on Login

We can Get the Options on left side.

Check Aarogyasri Status:

Enter Ration Card Number/ Reference Number

or

UHID Number

or

Aadhar Card Number

Click On Check Status then it shows the Health Card Details.

If the Status is Eligible then only it is in active

Generate Aarogyasri Card Download option to Download

Enter UHID Number

    or

Reference Number

    or

Registrated Aadhar Number

Click On 

Generate Digital Card 

And then click on Download option not on the OK button.
