 Sadarem Slots booking for month of July, August & September 2023

Starting from 06-07-2023 10:00 am onwards. 

Slots can be booked at Grama Sachivalayam offices.

This time Sadarem slot booking updates are :

-->Under Family Welfare:

1.Print Sadarem Certificate

2.Request for Sadarem Certificate Slot Booking Appeal1

3.Request for Sadarem Certificate Slot Booking Appeal2

4.Slot booking for Sadarem Certificate

The above options enabled.

--> To Take Printout of  Sadarem Certificate

-->For the First Time  percentage is low, those who have been rejected and granted temporary certificate can get a new slot with the same ID again through appeal 1.

--> Even if rejected in appeal 1, you can apply through appeal 2. Certificate received in Appeal 2 will be final. Rejected in Appeal 2, they will not have a chance to book any slot again.

 

-->Appeals 1,2 will be allocated hospitals at random

-->There is no need to go to the Collector's office for deletion anymore. For the convenience of the disabled, the government has made this policy available through the Secretariat.
