Annual Increment Update in Payroll DDO Login For all GSWS Employees:

Payroll DDO Login --> Master Data --> Change in Pay Events Tile --> Enter CFMS ID/ HRMS ID of the employee--> Click on Get Data. 

Select--> Nature of Pay Change : Increment 

Select --> Type of events : Annual Grade Increment 

Post : Respective Functionary Post Name 

PRC Type : State (Preloaded)

PRC Year : 2022 (Preloaded)

Pay Scale : as per RPS 2022 (Preloaded)

Future Pay : 23120/- For all.  & (23780/- for PS Gr V Only) With Effect From : 01/07/2023 

Date of Next Increment : 01/07/2024

Click on SAVE and then Submit with DDO Biometric Authentication.
