-->What we can do in Grievance Capture
Raise only long pending grievances such as
1. which raised in Navasekam Beneficiary Management (NBM), verified and still benifit not given
2. No issues in 6 step but benifit not given
3. Grievances Which cannot be raised in NBM
--> Don't capture grievances such as
1. which raised in NBM and pending for approval,
2. Which can be cleared through NBM.
-->This Grievance Available in PS Gr-VI(Digital Assistant) Login.
-->After logging in,Click on “Other Services” at the bottom and the page will be redirected to old portal
-->Click on the Long Pending Issues tab and Long Pending Issues.
Enter the fields required fields
-->After entering the AADHAAR Number, if any grievances were raised previously the list will be displayed
-->If the grievance has already been resolved, select Yes and the screen will be redirected to Home page. If the grievance has not been resolved, select No and enter the below fields
-Enter mobile number
-Select the Scheme from dropdown list
-Enter Remarks and upload document and click on the Submit button
Grievance will be registered.
