Member Migration on Marriage Grounds User Manual

 

PS Gr-VI(Digital Assistant) Level 

Open VSWS new portal www.vswsonline.ap.gov.in

1. Click on login-->Click on other Services then page will redirect to old portal.

2.In GSWS Dept Click on “Household Mapping for Married”.

3. Here enter the aadhar number of groom (వరుడు) and click on get details.

-->then page will show the list of all members in that groom household.

-->Again enter the aadhar number of Bride (వధువు) and click on get details.

Then page will show the list of all members in that bride household.

4.Do you want to migrate the Bride From Parents HouseHold to In-laws HouseHold ? Yes or No .

5.Here select the Yes button.Then capture the biometric authentication of groom.

-->Click on capture finger for 2 times user needs to capture two different fingers of the groom.

-->Similarly capture any 2 fingers for bride also.

6.Then enter the Marriage date, Marriage Place, Marriage Certificate (MC) Sl.No,

MC issued Date, MC issuing authority, Upload Marriage Certificate

7.After that user needs to upload Marriage Certificate and Grooms Residential proof.

Enter Remarks and click on Proceed.

1.Beneficiary should write Letter to Panchayat Secretary.

2.Merriage Certificate.

Panchyat Secretary Level

1.Click on login and enter Panchayt Secretary login details.

2.Click on verify.

-->Enter any Observations/ Remarks if any and upload verification report

.Then select Yes/No

3.Click FORWARD.

Request Forwarded Successfully to MPDO/MC.

MPDO/MC LEVEL

1.Should Verify

2.Observations-->Should Give Bio-Metric.

3.Fily Approve or Reject.
