🔹 ఎవరికి వర్తిస్తుంది: గత 4 సంవత్సరాలలో పొందిన Income Certificate, మరియు గతంలో మీసేవ/సచివాలయం ద్వారా పొందిన Caste Certificate ఉన్నవారికి.
