JKC Update on 07-07-2023


Steps to reset Spandana Password* ::


1) Open Spandana login with anyone userid and password (which is accessible) like PS,DA,WEDP,etc...


2) Type below url in the next tab after opening the accessible login 

Url :: https://www.spandana.ap.gov.in/Admin/OfficerPasswordChange



3) Enter Userid  & Change the password (Password must contain one Capital, one digit with minimum 8 characters like "Abc@1234")


4) After changes close the entire browser and login spandana portal with changed password id.



JKC Update 05-07-2023

Jagananna Ki Chebudam mobile application login facility has been provided to all Secretariat employees.

Regarding the application, the concerned Secretariat employee should take eKYC from the applicant. 

We can login using Spandana Portal Login ID & Password.

JKC Mobile app User ID and password are the same as the JKC Digital assistants' login - Multiple users per secretariat are also permitted.

Please feel that you have received a positive response to the solution to your problem with those who have received grievances within the scope of your Secretariat. 

Click yes or no to what they say nearby and get the biometric done.

 Field level officers can observe.

As discussed earlier in VC's - We need to approach each redressed grievance under JKC by sending concerned Secretariat staff to the household of the citizen who raised the grievance. 

For this - concerned secretariat staff has to visit the HH, Explain the grievance redressal done and obtain eKYC of the citizen concerned. 

User manual is enclosed herewith.

We have to get this done by month end.
