What is SVAMITVA?

-->SVAMITVA stands for Survey of Villages Abadi and Mapping with Improvised Technology in Village Areas, a Central Sector Scheme launched on 24 April 2020 (National Panchayati Raj Day) by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

-->Implemented by the Ministry of Panchayati Raj, in collaboration with Survey of India and **National Informatics Centre Services Inc. (NICSI).

Objectives & Key Features

-->Provide legal "Record of Rights" and issue property cards for rural residential ('abadi') areas by mapping properties using drones. .

-->Enable monetisation of property, allowing rural homeowners to access bank credit and loans by legally proving land ownership. .

-->Reduce land disputes through accurate demarcation and doc

umentation.

1) అప్పటికప్పుడు తిరుపతికి వెళ్లాలనుకున్నా ఆన్లైన్లో టికెట్లు దొరక్కపోతే శ్రీవారి దర్శనానికి సమయాన్ని నిర్దేశిస్తూ జారీచేసే ఉచిత దర్శన టోకెన్లను ప్రయత్నించొచ్చు. రోజూ తిరుపతిలోని విష్ణునివాసం, శ్రీనివాసం, భూదేవి కాంప్లెక్స్ ల్లో వీటిని జారీచేస్తారు. భక్తులు క్యూలైన్లో తమ ఆధార్ కార్డును చూపించి, ఈ టోకెన్లను పొందొచ్చు.

-->If you want to visit Tirupati anytime  but cannot find tickets online, you can try the free darshan tokens issued by specifying the time for Srivari darshan.

-->Free darshan tokens are issued daily at the Vishnu Nivasam, Srinivasam and Bhudevi complexes in Tirupati. Devotees can get these tokens by showing their Aadhaar card in the queue.

2) చిన్న పిల్లలున్న వారికి ప్రత్యేక కోటా ఉంది. ఏడాది లోపు పిల్లలున్న తల్లిదండ్రులకు సుపథం మార్గంలో ఉచిత దర్శనాన్ని కల్పిస్తారు.

-->There is a special quota for those with young children. Parents with children under one year old are provided with free darshan on the Supatham route.

3) వృద్ధులు, దివ్యాంగుల కోసం ఆన్లైన్లో రోజుకు 750 టికెట్లు ఇస్తారు.

-->750 tickets are issued online per day for the elderly and disabled.

Swarnapanchayat Digitalization

--> Launched April 1, 2025 (state‑wide deployment).

-->Purpose is to Digitize Panchayat services & enhance transparency.

-->Key Services Tax collection, certificates, licenses, auctions, citizen data digitization.

-->Usage Method Portal with Owner Name search, SMS-based due notification, UPI/QR payment.

-->Broader Initiative Part of Andhra Pradesh’s “Swarna Andhra‑2047” vi
