Web Conference with District Collectors on 31-03-2022

 --> Hon’ble Chief Minister would be launching Volunteers Felicitation  on

6th April 2022 at 11.00AM.

-->The GVWV&VSWS Department has proposed to release Rs.1500/- per Secretariat.

-->Requested to focus on delivery of services through Village/Ward Secretariats to Municipal

Commissioners / MPDOs.

-->GVWV&VSWS Department 

established 500 Aadhar centers in 

Village/Ward Secretariats and will 

establish 2500 more Aadhar Centers by end of 

April 2022.

--> In Some of the Secretariats the service charges collected are not remitting regularly,As on Date Rs. 2.90 Crs not yet Remitted by the Digital Assistants / WEDPSs.

--> The GVWV&VSWS Department has released Rs.9.79 Crs to the Joint Collectors (VWS&D) as Advance to meet 

various expenses like Stationery, Furniture , Payment of Electrical Bills, Conduct of COP etc...

***Sanction and Release of Rs 1500/- to meet the Incidental expenses to all the Village/Ward Secretariats e-Services account in the Chittoor District****

-->District Collectors are requested to issue instructions to the DISCOM staff, Municipal Commissioners and MPDOs 

and ensure completion of Aadhar seeding to the Electrical meters with the assistance of Volunteers.
