How do download line list of Beyond SLA,Lapsing within 24Hrs,Lapsing within 48Hrs?
1.Login vswsonline.ap.gov.in
2.Click on Report
3.Select AP Seva Services Dashboard
4.Select District,Mandal,Department,Service name if Required, Date must be from 06.01.2022
5.Click on Open Beyond SLA/Lapsing Within 24/48hrs count
6.We get excel file which contains line list.
