9. Scanning process of registered documents by PS/WEDS.
10. approval process of scanned documents by SRO
11. digital/e-signature process for the registered scanned documents by sub-registrars (PS/WAS).
Online Registration Process:
The following are the pre-requisites for starting the online registrations for the beneficiaries.
a) Check the status from s.no. 1 to 7 for each beneficiary id before starting registration
process. – (beneficiary id search provision given in jc/pd/itm/mc/ae/and either in
da/weds or ps/was logins).
b) Completion of secretariat - sro mapping with revenue villages in sro login by sros.
Note: if any revenue village is not displayed in sro-secretariat mapping, it is
clearly clarified that, the revenue village is not mapped for anyone of the
beneficiary id while doing data entry at da/weds level.
c) Completion of revenue village – habitation mapping in vro/wrs login by vro/wrs
d) Check the allocation of registration numbers for the secretariat (in downloads option).
