Updates in OTS AE & DA Logins
APSHCL-OTS - PS Gr-VI (Digital Assistant) & WEDPS:
-->In APSHCL- OTS in Initiate for Payment the beneficiary has to "" ADD "* and collect the payment from the beneficiary properly before generating Challan.
--> The DA / WEDPS will then be responsible for making the payment until the payment is made in the * "Housing-OTS Challan Generation" * option in the DA / WEDPS login in the GSWS Portal (Under Services section).
-->DA / WEDPS should first check the List of Beneficiaries * "Update Revenue Village & Survey No. Details" * in their login if there are no Benefit details in Initiate for Payment in APSHCL- OTS.
-->Then check if * "Approval" * is missing in the PS / WAS & VRO / WRS login.
--> Beneficiary details on Initiate for Payment in APSHCL-OTS will come after the above two "" 1 hour ". Everyone can notice.
Sir/Madam OTS Data recertification of Death, Migrated, duplicate beneficiaries given at EA logins for updation at yjchousing.apcfss.in pls go through attachment.

GSWS Attendance App V2.0 Updates :
1. లాగిన్ వద్ద కొత్తగా "Remember Me?" అనే ఆప్షన్ ఇవ్వటం జరిగింది. Tick చేసి నట్లు అయితే అప్లికేషన్ ఓపెన్ చేసినప్పుడు లాగిన్ వివరాలు ఆటోమేటిక్ గా చూపిస్తాయి ఎంటర్ చేయనవసరం లేదు.
2. Attendance Capture చేయు సమయం లో OTP అనే ఆప్షన్ ను పూర్తిగా తీసివేయటం జరిగింది.
3. సచివాలయం కు 1750 మీటర్ల లోపు మాత్రమే హాజరు నమోదు అవకాశం ఉంటుంది. 1750 మీటర్ల కన్నా ఎక్కువ దూరం లో హాజరు నమోదు కు ప్రయత్నిస్తే ఎంత దూరం లో వేస్తున్నారో దూరన్న తెలియజేస్తూ,హాజరు నమోదు కాదు. సచివాలయం లొకేషన్ వివరాలు, హాజరు వేస్తున్న లొకేషన్ వివరాలు చూపిస్తుంది.
