COP April 28&29-2023

Citizen Outreach Program

1.Citizen Outreach Program for the month of April 2023 on 28th and 29th April.

2.Every functionary shall participate in campaign along with Volunteers as One Team. Every functionary shall lead one team.

3.Guidelines to the Campaign Team Members and Talking points for interaction with the citizens are communicated in the COP User Manual.

4.MPDOs/ Municipal Commissioners are requested to form Supervisory Teams with all the Line Department Officers within that Mandal / Municipalities for Monitoring of Citizen Outreach Campaign and orient them for get all Functionaries of their Departments participated in the campaign.

1. Awareness on Aadhaar services and availability of Aadhaar services in Secretariats

2. Awareness on MAUD property Seeding Status

3. Awareness on Electricity meter Seeding Status

4. Updation of eKYC for 2.34 Cr Citizens

Website info: The option of Seeding Deceding was kept in VRO Webland login for two days of Pattadaru Mobile and Aadhaar Seeding but now it has been removed It can be noticed that the option is enabled to forward only those done in Secretariat Meeseva Login .

AS PER YSR BIMA VC INSTRUCTIONS....BIMA NEW ENROLLMENT/ RENEWAL PROCESS WILL START ON MAY 10.WILL END ON MAY 20.

GUIDELINES WILL BE RELEASED ON MAY 1ST WEEK.

Reprint Of Certificates

Fill the Basic Details & Click on Continue

Then Enter Recevied OTP

Select Required service from Revenue &Health and Family Welfare Department

Those who are updated the Family Photo then they can apply for Reprint of Aarogya Sri PVC Card.

Reprint of arogya Sri PVC card service is available under the Reprint of certificates service.

Please inform the all the secretaries to apply for the service if the request are raised by the citizen.

Common New Application Form Available in DA's Login Of NBM Portal.

Dear Colleagues

Please note that a common new application form has been made available in the DA's login of NBM portal for the following schemes.

This application form can be accessed throughout the year, and Citizens can register the application at any time until the date of launch of the scheme(to be considered for that financial year.)

Mission Vatsalya Scheme

The scheme is implemented by the Ministry of Women and Child Development. Under the scheme, a monthly grant of Rs 4,000 per child is provided for family-based non-institutional care, which also includes Sponsorship (kinship) or Foster Care or After Care.

Rythu Bharosa 2023-24 The site is open for new applications.

A new registration portal has been launched in YSR Rythu Bharosa Portal.

In this regard, it is requested to follow the instructions mentioned below.

1. Details of new farmers eligible for YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme can be uploaded in “New Farmer Registration” portal.

2. At the same time for ineligible please stop payment in "Stop Payment Portal".

3. For nominees, first stop the death case payment and then enter the nominee details. Please note, the beneficiaries of the scheme in 2021-22 are not required to register in the portal

𝐑𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐮 Bharosha Update: New registrations for eligible farmers for the year 2023 regarding Rythu Bharosa have started.

1. Graduate Passbook(1B) Xerox.

2. Aadhaar Card Xerox

3. Photo of farmer

4. Bank account xerox should be brought. Beneficiaries can contact your nearest Rythu Bharosa Kendra or your village agricultural assistants.

-->No fresh registration is required for farmers who have benefited last year.
