March 2023 Salary Bills Update:

March 2023 Regular Pay Bill Enabled Just Now in HERB Website.

-->First submit the office address details in payroll herb then only March month Salary bill will be generate.

-->If DDO having Two Sachivalayams then select one by one Grama Panchayat and update the concern Grama Panchayat address.

-->For March Month  News paper bill should be add in Earnings as a Special allowence (200).

-->EWF FUND -Rs.20 deduct  For Every Employee For Every Year in March salary Payable in April.

PAN &Voter CARDs Link With Aadhar

 -->Last date of Linking PAN with Aadhaar has been extended till  30-06-2023.

Aadhar Pan Card Link Process And Link Status:

మీ ఆధార్ కార్డ్ ను పాన్ కార్డు తో 2023 మార్చ్ 31 లోపు లింక్ చేసుకోవాలి.

Aadhar– PAN Card లింక్ కొరకు 1000 ఫైన్ ఉంటుంది. 

80 సంవత్సరాలు పై బడిన వారికి, NRI వారికి, భారతీయులు కానీ వారికి ఆధార్ పాన్ లింక్ అవసరం లేదు. 

Aadhar–Pan Link చేసుకోపోతే ఎం అవుతుంది? 

Aadhar – Pan Link చేసుకోకపోతే మీ పాన్ కార్డు ఆ తరువాత పనిచేయడం మానేస్తుంది.

How to know Aadhar Card–Pan Card Link Status ?

Step 1 : Click on Below link 👇.

Step 2 : Home పేజీ లో ఉన్నా Link Aadhaar Status పై క్లిక్ చేయండి.

Step 3 : PAN వద్ద PAN కార్డు నెంబర్ ను, Aadhaar Number వద్ద మీ ఆధార్ నెంబర్ ను ఎంటర్ చేసి View Link Aadhaar Status పై క్లిక్ చేయాలి. 

Aadhaar కు PAN కార్డు లింక్ ఉంటే Your PAN CCXXXXXX6Q is already linked to given Aadhaar 79XXXXXXXX05 ఇలా వస్తుంది.

Aadhaar కు PAN కార్డు లింక్ లేకపోతే PAN not linked With Aadhaar. Please Click to link Your Aadhaar With PAN అని చూపిస్తుంది.

Step 4.If not Linked. Click to Link Your Aadhaar.

Step 5: PAN వద్ద మీ PAN కార్డు నెంబర్ ను, Aadhaar Number వద్ద ఆధార్ నెంబర్ ను ఎంటర్ చేయాలి. Validate పై క్లిక్ చేయాలి. ₹1,000/- పేమెంట్ చేయమని POP-UP వస్తుంది. Continue to Pay Through E-Pay Tax పై క్లిక్ చేయండి.

Step 6 : PAN/TAN వద్ద మీ PAN నెంబర్ ను, Confirm PAN/TAN వద్ద మరలా PAN నెంబర్ ఎంటర్ చేయాలి, Mobile నెంబర్ వద్ద ఆధార్ కు లింక్ అయిన మొబైల్ నెంబర్ ఎంటర్ చేయాలి.OTP వస్తుంది ఆ OTP ఎంటర్ చేయాలి.

Step 7: e-PSY Tax పేజీ ఓపెన్ అవుతుంది. అందులో Income Tax అని ఉన్న బాక్స్ ను సెలెక్ట్ చేసుకోవాలి. Proceed పై Click చేయాలి.

Step 8 : Assessment Year – 2023-34 & Type Of Payment Mode లో Other Receipt (500) ను సెలెక్ట్ చేసుకోవాలి. Continue పై క్లిక్ చేయండి. 1000 పేమెంట్ చూపిస్తుంది. మరలా Continue పై క్లిక్ చేయండి. 

Step 9: Mode of Payment లో Internet Banking / Debit Card / Pay At Bank Counter / RTGS / NEFT / Payment Gateway లో మీరు దేని ద్వారా చేస్తారు ఆ ఆప్షన్ సెలెక్ట్ చేసి పేమెంట్ చేసినట్టు అయితే పేమెంట్ విజయవంతం అయ్యి Aadhar కు PAN లింక్ అవుతుంది.

Voter ID link with Aadhaar::

1.ఓటరు కార్డుతో ఆధార్ను అనుసంధానించుకునే గడువును కేంద్రం మరోసారి పొడిగించింది.

2.ఏప్రిల్ 1తో ముగిసిపోయే ఈ అనుసంధాన సమయాన్ని 2024 మార్చి 31 వరకు పొడిగిస్తూ కేంద్ర న్యాయశాఖ బుధవారం నోటిఫి కేషన్ జారీచేసింది.

3.ఓటర్ల జాబితాలో పేరు ఉన్న ప్రతి వ్యక్తీ తన ఆధార్ నంబరును 6B దరఖాస్తు ద్వారా లింక్ చేసుకోవచ్చు .

4. లింక్ కోసం క్రింద సూచనలు పాటించండి.

Updating The Phone Number in GSWS PS Login

1.Download & Install UMANG App from Playstore.

2.Click On Register to Register and will get OTP

3. Search for EPFO and Click on View Passbook.

4. click on it Enter UAN number and click on get OTP then you will receive OTP and Enter the Received OTP.

5. It shows the Employee share,Employeer share and pension Contributions.

6. Finally you can download.
